Oops, I read LLJade's message as Astro/Livian fic ... I guess you'd need to be able to draw Atlas as well. I can supply pictures if you need images of various angles to work from. Then again, maybe your skills are way ahead of my presumptions!

Cool Livian pics! Thanks! Astro/Livian? ROTFL! I'm not *that* twisted. Oh, and Dr. Frag, I should be able to send chapter 1 to you by sometime tomorrow. I've been busy the last few weeks, so I had not been able to work on it as much as I would like. And my fic is based on the 2003 remake, so if Xenomage wanted to draw Atlas, he would need pics of the new version in both his human and robot form.

Hey guys. Ive been busy at work all week so this is the first time Ive had off to do stuff since my last posts. LLJade, I will email you about some story ideas soon, when I have a little bit more time to sit down and get my thoughts straight. I dont need much i think, but anything you could contribute would be appreciated.
Im not sure if your planning on having your fanfic illustrated but if so let me know. Maybe I can do some work for you.

Anyway, all this talk of Atlas has inspired me to do a quick little comparison pic. I personally perfer the suave 80's Atlas to the younger and more arrogant new Atlas in both apearance and personality (although the new Atlas does have a bit more personality I suppose) but I would love to hear which Atlas you guys all prefer.

I would definitely vote for the 80's version of Atlas, both the young and the adult one.
However, maybe I'm a bit biased by my youth .

Woah...sweet pic! E-mail me whenever you get the chance, I would suggest E-mailing my aol and hotmail account, just encase either one of them decides to be stupid on me like my aol account is doing today, but that's another story.

As for my fan fic being illustrated, if you're interested in doing it, I would be more then honored! I'll E-mail you the chapters I have written so far if you want. Thanks again for offering, I really would be honored if you illustrated my fic for me, or at least did some art work from certain scenes of the fic.

Now as for which Atlas I like better, I would have to say I like the newer version (mostly because I have never seen the 80's version on tv.). I felt very sympathetic towards him in the ep where he first showed up and showed how Tokogawa was treating him. I was pretty much cheering him on the whole time, especially with the part with those punks who were throwing oranges at Astro and the other robots. When he started chasing them, I was chating, "Get 'em, get 'em, get 'em, get 'em!" and then when Astro showed up (don't get me wrong, I love the little guy, he is a sweetheart) I went "Awww man!" Oh well, those idiots make an appearance in my fic and they will get what they deserve!

Heres the coloured one.

Oh and Dr Frag: I always interpreted the greenish colour of Astros belt to be a metallic hue so I just made the belt totally metallic in apearance without using any green tinges of colour. I personally think it looks better than the green belt so I guess thats why I did it.
