New English dubbed names

Personal I have nothing wrong with either the dud names or the voice's they use. I find o'shay easier to prononce then Ochanomizu

Still can't get used to Astro's teenage voice either. Oh well.

I bet his voice speaker is just getting old and need to be replaced
