but all he had there were all 6 volumes of the 30th anniversary edition. Should i get them, or get the actually series videos. Whats the difference? Thanks again.

I believe that these were the first that TRSI restored; hence, they have different titles using the " 30th Anniversary Series" in them. As the Dr. says, they are all the same series. :)

Here is a trivia question:

Referring to the Phoenix Bird on the case, where in the 80s series can you find such a bird? I know, but I'm not gonna tell! :D

That's a tough one. I can think of six episodes with birds but none of them are the Phoenix bird.

I want a hint - is it the actual bird or just a depiction of it?

Hint: it is a work of 2 dimensional art in one scene that we have loved and adored.

No, it does not start at the first episode. However, I find the 30th ... episodes very amusing.

Ok so if i went and bought the volumes that aren't part of the 30th set, would i find those episodes in the normal volumes? I wouldn't think so, i just want to make sure.

They are all normal episodes. The episodes on the 12 regular series tapes are different from those on the 30th... set. There is no redundancy. I have all 18 tapes, and am quite satisfied with them. The 30th set contains 30th ann volumes 1-5 (these are all there are) and one other tape that contains the lost episode and one other ep. Buy them all.
