We have experienced a brief state of what I shall call "caption flux". Nevertheless, I stand by my picture.

Fudgy's quote had me in absolute stitches, but i'll leave the decision for another day or two in case anyone else wants to throw in a quote.

Okay, I'll take over by means of a ruthless picture caption coup. I'm also bringing in a new rule. A runner-up gets nominated with each winner. If the winner doesn't post a picture or choose the next winner within a week, the runner-up takes over. Hopefully this will resolve any problems or delays that come up.

True it's ambiguous, I suggest the server time as the reference (Australia east coast I guess).
By the way, does anyone know how to get the server time without posting?
