I got the upper left one by buying the American version action figures. I don't know if they are randomly inserted or not but you can see them in the back of the package.

Cool! That means I could get the Atlas one if I get the Atlas action figure! The KB toys in my area still doesn't have it, so I have to get it off the internet. <_<
