Metro City is a disaster zone and it's Astro to the rescue! This young robot with human emotions is small but mighty with seven incredible super powers. It is up to Astro to bridge the gap between humans and robots, so, Astro must quickly develop his human traits or his "Omega Factor." There are over 50 Tezuka characters, including Atlas, Dr. O'Shay, Zoran, and Dr. Tenma, that help Astro understand tenderness, justice, evil, and above all, courage, as he journeys through the futuristic city, Cruciform Island, and other out of this world locations.
Astro's seven super powers:

Arm Cannon
Super Sight (with x-ray vision)
Rocket Feet
Electronic Brain
Finger Laser
100,000 Horsepower Strength
Supersonic Hearing

This game has many differences compared to the Japanese version. The shape of the levels is the same, but ennemies don't appear at the same place, it is not the same combinations, they behave differently, and there are new ones  Why is it not simply the same game ? <_<
Oh! I hope the texts have not been twisted ! :o
No, they would never do such a thing, would they ?

i also noticed that the bosses have life meter on the bottom of the screen. something that the japanese version never had. and there are new enemies on the screen.

Astroboy: Omega Factor is to Astroboy: Atomu Heart no Himitsu is like Street Fighter 2: Champion Edition is to Street Fighter 2.

The life meter is indeed a good idea. 20/20 for this one :D
But they have dramatically changed the level of the pyramid where big stones are rolling: the scrolling is totally messed up! Before I had no problem to bypass the rocks by using the jets, but now the scrolling often blocks me and because of that I hit the rocks  This idea deserves 0/20, and not because the rocks keep rolling one after another :(

Anyway, just not to say only bad things, it is still good to actually understand what's going on :D
