FTP server

I have reopened the FTP server with bittorrent files instead. Here are the URLs of the FTP server and the HTTP mirror:
ftp://ftp_user:ESQhJ@fafner.homelinux.com/
http://fafner.homelinux.com/pub/

The files are torrented by group. If you want a particular file, you must start the download for the whole group, and unselect for download all the files you don't want (if your bittorrent client allows it).

Please do not use too many threads!
The bandwidth is not limited per thread, that is if you use 1 thread, you'll get the maximum bandwidth available, eventually shared with other connections. If you use 2 threads you'll get a better speed. Beyond 2 threads you'll get almost no improved speed, and you will begin to load excessively the server. It is not a behemoth you know, this mathusalem is more than 6 years old
My advice is to use no more than 2 threads, 3 will most probably give you no advantage over 2.

However please note I have some free space problems, right now there are only 1.2 Go free. At any moment it can be solved, but I don't know exactly when It may be tomorrow, or in a week I am waiting for that shiny new 200 Go hard drive

For convenience for users not able to browse a FTP server, I have mirrored it through the HTTP server. So any link to the FTP server can be replaced by the same with "http:" instead of "ftp:" and by removing user name and password. Ok, that looks complicated, so you may just want the link to the root mirror:

Because it is some "ugly hack", some links will not work. However all Astroboy stuffs should be ok B)
