Ok first of all I'm sorry for starting so many new topics.

Anyway I just found out that Astroboy Vol 1-23 are available on Amazon.

I was wondering if there was only 1 manga series of Astroboy and how many Volumes there are.

The dark horse volumes (the ones you saw on Amazon, though actually they go up through 23), are a collection made by Tezuka of what was considered his best Astro Boy work. Realistically, this is the definitive english-reading collection for Astro Boy, though I assume that the totality of all the Astro Boy written completely dwarfs this set.

To the best of my knowledge, this is all the Astroboy available in English currently.

The Tezuka site gives both a listing of many of the synopses, & I believe all of the titles of the adventures.

Note that the link found on this page Subtitle is really the synopses for 80 or so adventures.

Here on page six of the manga starting with 'A', is found the one title Chronicles of Astroboy. These 24 adventures fill nearly three full volumes (6-8) of the Darkhorse manga, Counting the individual titles, I numbered some 115 titles.

Also, note that the site does not list any individual titles published after 1980, of which there were 16, all identified only as "Second Grade student". These are the ones whose style & content greatly influenced the 80s color remake. All are found in Volume 23.
