I have a thing called spyware blaster & another called Ad-aware, yet, I myself had the same problem. The thing kept telling me to buy its version of spyware removing software.
 I believe with this there is a way to lock the settings on IExplorer, so that nothing can change your homepage. Anyway, creating a desktop shortcut can fix the problem. Just doubleclick the shortcut (note that whatever IE window is currently active will change) & presto-chango, whatever address was on that shortcut, will be displayed by your browser!

Maybe time not to use Internet Explorer anymore
There are plenty other free browsers that don't let anyone execute whatever they want on your computer
And that have a built-in popup killer by the way

The real sign that someone has become a fanatic is that he completely loses his sense of humor about some important facet of his life. When humor goes, it means he's lost his perspective.
