do you guys know if there a complete series with the 2003 astroboy series?

If you mean are there dvds of all 50 episodes of the 2003-2004 series. Yes and you can get them at cdjapan. Be sure when you search for Astro Boy to set both search perameters to all. If the first setting is on people you'll get nothing, change it to all and you'll get 3 pages worth of Astro stuff. You can chose from individual volumes of the new series or 4 different box sets that have all 50 eps. plus collectible figures with them.
These are the official Tezuka products, no pirate copies.

Also the complete 60's and 80's series are there in box sets too.
