I got Astro's new opponent from a line called Xevoz. They had a sale for them at 2 for 5 dollars so I couldn't refuse. I layed himand Astro around the living room and started a battle.

But the monster grabs Astro with his claws

But Astro tears the monster's head off. Eww.

ASTRO: Bet that takes care of you.

But the monster grows another head right before Astro's eyes.

The monster swings it's mighty tail at Astro. Knocking him to the ground.

The monster has Astro pinned. Could this be the end?

Only one thing left Astro can do.

If it fails, he's done for.

Astro uses his powerful arm cannon and blows the creature's body to ashes.

 Teehee, that's so cute. It seems as the movie team shot those scenes in a nightshift.

What would you think about capturing some frames of your moving Astro toy and making an animated GIF out of it? Bet it would be cool.

:wahah:  Hey thanks Dragonrider, that's hilarious. You made my day. That had the same humor as the 60's Astro series. Yeah!, we all need more laughter like that.

hell yeah. Well done mate. Got a smile out of this cranky old grumpy! :)

U know, I am SURE there are some site oline that do their own "Stop motion" action figure theatre. I distinctly remember a movie about Lobot from Star Wars, and another one made out of Lego.

I am sure if I wa not so bone lazy I could google for them, but... meh.
three and a half years.. for what?

That was really quite hilarious and very tedious of course. Imagine capturing more than ten pictures and making a story out of it may take some time.

:) How about a little collaboration?

You provide the frames of your moving Astro-figure (about 8 to 10 shots will do), and I'll animate them.
