In my case, I use a PC to watch DVDs. Its DVD player has frame capture. But, even without that, you can press the [print scrn] key, to capture, then paste that into an image editor. Of course, you would then need to upload the pic in jpeg or gif format to your webspace.

Thought I might add the Print Screen thing won't work if your video cars is using hardware overlays. First you would have to go to Control Panel > Display > Settings > Advanced > Troubleshoot, then drop the hardware acceleration down to the lowest or second lowest level. Then Print Screen will work. Pre-1998ish computers shouldn't be affected.

I guess that'll help.But I don't even have any DVD's. I'm always checking on ebay to find any.Most of them are in Japanese. I can mostly find VHS's that are in English though. I may also find a few DVD's in English. B)
