Does this seem strange?

I recently won this EBay auction:

I'm familiar with the Astroboy cel, it's a limited edition reporduction of 100 entitled Dogma Palace signed by Billie Lou Watt. It's not particularly common (it's the first time I've seen one for sale).

Today I found this:

What are the odds they would have two rare Astroboy cels? Plus another two identical King David and Gulliver cels that they happen to be selling as a bundled package again?

Seems a bit weird. If those cels are supposed to be unique, & I thought they were, how can they sell 2 of them?

They're not unique, they're limited edition reproductions.
