It's a very funny episode! The little robot is replacing a human actor for all the stunts in his movies. But he is mistreated, so Uran leaves the movie studio with him. They both have to fight against basically every possible special effects the studio is capable of, so it's probably why it looks so bizarre!

Sir Nylon just makes me want to puke. His nose is totally disgusting (Or is it the fact that he has no upper lip?). Why did they make him the 2003 sportscaster?

My DVD have only 1-26, do not have 27-52.

There were 52 episodes in the 1980 series, yes. So far I've posted screenshots of 24 episodes here. I didn't stick to any order here for the episodes (although the screenshots within an episode are supposed to be in order), so you can probably find screenshots of many episodes that you don't have on DVD.
