In Astro's First Love, sometimes there is some kind of pink triangle below the cords on Nikki's dress, sometimes there isn't:

She normally has three circles on the side of her headband, but at one point, after Astro moved backwards, she has only one:

In 'The Runaway Subway Train' after Atlas summons Astro to the baseball field to fight, Astro lands after a fierce bout of sword fighting and can be seen (and heard! ;) puffing a few breaths! is that werid or is it just me?    :P

This has been hotly debated a few times: do Astro breath or not? :D He might because Tenma wanted him to be more human, or because it might be some kind of cooling system (after all, he is some kind of computer) :P [/b][/quote]
In one manga story, he demonstrated that he was a robot by blowing a very large bubble. In the 60s anime, he extinguished a fire with his tears.

Anyway, sweating, sighing, weeping, etc, are used to show emotion; the fact that the character is of a species that is not known for doing those things is beside the point. As an example, sometimes characters' faces come off their heads to show astonishment. Boon did that in Marine Express, Higeoyaji's head had a few other such mishaps for the same reason. Hyutan-Tsugi sometimes replaces the charater's head for an instant. There are too many examples to name.

At the end of The Time Machine, both Uran and Penny wear boots with their costume.

Image

But not for very long! ;)

In The World of Odin, in a few frames, part of Professor Gould's moustache has a skin color as he is breathing hard (in the second pic):

In The Monster of Clarken, the videophone screen isn't always the same color:

Too bad, because otherwise, it looks identical to me. Oh no... Not quite: the borders aren't the same width on the sides of the screen! :P

The robot fisherman's hat has a black stripe first, then his hat is all brown:

In The Secret of Bee City, there is no glass when RP3 comes into the room...

Image

Then, whatever is on the left of the cabaret is white...

Image

Before getting rose again a few frames later (just like in the first picture).

There are only three episodes in which I've yet to find a mistake: The Wreck of the Titan, The Girl From Alsoar and Lily on Peligro Island.

I watched this episode before falling asleep and had a dream in which I was finding mistakes!

In The Human-Faced Rock, Whitely wears a bow tie except while he's welcoming Professor Lewis:

Some might find it interesting that after some rocks rolled down the mountain, Astro and Uran got surrounded with dust, right before hearing Daddy Walrus ask for help. Well, in the Japanese version, it makes them cough!

In The Crystal of the Desert, Astro suddenly wears a T-shirt:

From Uran Falls in Love... In the first two pictures, Inspector Gumshoe's coat goes from gray to green. There are also a few shots of him where his mustache is left uncolored, which makes his nose even stranger than usual :P (see pictures 2 and 4). If we compare with the 3rd pic, we can also see that his tie has no stripes in the first two pics. And finally, Elefun's eyebrows aren't colored in the first picture.

All the pictures in this post come from The Robot Stuntman.

The Hellywood Boss' eyes are sometimes white, sometimes not. Also, in the first picture, the buttons aren't colored.

In the next picture, something is wrong with the background. A door suddenly appear! :D I stopped the animation at the first frame so you could see where the problem occur. :)

In Speeding Through the Storm, Theodore lost his T, again:

Image

In The Great Meltdown, I kept trying to figure out wether there was a way the wind could produce what will follow, but it's been a while that I've noticed it and could never find an explanation.

First, Livian's cloak is floathing behind her...

Image

And then, right after, it's in front of her!

Image

I guess it could be argued wether the next one is a mistake or not, but I say it's definitely weird! Dad starts talking, and at one point, mom's hand starts moving, her eyes are half closed and she stays fixed in that totally unnatural position for quite some time, until daddy finished talking! And I had to shorten the dad's talking so the gif wouldn't be too big! :D

Take note of the rain in both images. I think it is safe to say the the wind's direction is the same as the rain's. Thus, while Livian is facing the wind in the top image, she has her back to the wind in the bottom image; hence, the cloak is behaving as it ought.

Sorry, I wasn't clear. I agree the cloak is behaving as it ought in comparison with the rain/wind. :D The problem is the rain itself. Those are back to back takes, which means Livian is going in the same direction (away from Astro's house). The problem is that I've never seen rain (or wind, actually) change direction so fast.
