Finally getting the dang Korean set..

Anywho, after a small issue with my dad, (involving Kingdom Hearts 2, but I'll tell that for another day) I jsut decided to go ahead and import Astro Boy 2003 Box-Set #1. Considering this WAS out of print, but seemingly Yes-Asia has put it back up for order, so hopefully I'll be able to get it.

If I do get it, I'll be sure to post pictures of this, considering we'll actually be able to use full Widescreenshots for Caption or "Photoshop the picture" threads.

Also, If I do get both boxsets, I'll be continuing off the last Korean boxset and start importing the R2 dvds.

Hehe. Well, at anyrate, I'll let you guys know more about it once it arrives.

I have both Korean box sets and they're great. They're wide screen with Japanese audio with English subs. But they only go to episode 24 and ep. 20 is skipped probably for copyright reasons, because of references to Peter Pan. So maybe the koreans didn't want to pay Disney royalties, same as happened to the U.S. version. Other than that it's well worth the money.

I hope someday the Koreans finish releasing the series up to episode 50 on dvd.
