Yeah, he briefly goes by the alias Sam Banister in Goliath's Head, just as he breaks down the door to Skunk's hideout. Such a great scene. I think his private investigator side got the better of him!

And I don't know if this has been spotted yet, but Astro's head shine isn't coloured in properly in Goliath's Head:

It's not just one frame either, it's the entire scene.

I'm not DrFrag, but no, Astroboy isn't the only cartoon in which I've found mistakes. I found mistakes in every cartoon I own on DVD.

In The Great Meltdown, Astro is flying over the Arctic and sees something. Just before he flies down, his leg jets turn off for one frame.



I'm sure it's unintentional, but it doesn't look too bad because it coincides with his change of direction.
