For that, they need to bring samples to Earth. Because by nature aliens can't be controlled, the military are warned that doing so would most probably doom Earth. There is an opposition between people who want to study potentially dangerous samples, and people who want them to be destroyed.

i was expecting my entry to be the first one in,but by the time i had uploaded it to photobucket,most people got they're entries in XD i reckon this will be a hard choose (although io can safly mine probebly wont make the cut.the joke was an in-joke that maby only 2 people will ever get)
