Now that I think about it Atom was nude in "First Love," but not seen head to toe.
I think it was just nude paint color sprayed on him. His natural skin included briefs.
(I assume that robots who are usually nude don't count, such as Bruton, for example? Or even Astro, when he was born and didn't have his boots yet!)
