Am I the only person, besides my brother, who is into American cartoons than anime?

I don't watch anime that much but I love Cartoon Network cartoons. Anyone else?

They've gotten rid of a lot of their good stuff, and replaced it with a lot of crap, a trend that Disney and Nickelodeon have done as well. Maybe it's not crap, and maybe I just like the stuff I grew up with, but I can't help but feel Camp Lazlo and Squirrel Boy are spalding garbage compared to Dexter's Lab and Powerpuff Girls, just to name a few examples. :shifty:

Oh well, it really does not matter. It's caused me to watch a lot less cable anyway, and I have more than enough gigs of videos to keep me entertained, all of stuff that I love available whenever I want to watch it, and no commercials either. :p

I love Cartoon Network, but I'd have to agree with you though that they've replaced a lot of the good shows with crap. I really miss the shows that used to be on Nick like Animorphs and The Secret World of Alex Mack. It was great when they used to show the 80's Astroboy on Nick. I still have distant memories of it.

The only show I really like on Cartoon Network is Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends. It's so darn funny! :D

I guess it's different for an amature animator like me. I love all Cartoon Network shows.

Anyone like Ed Edd and Eddy? The last new episode was shown yesterday.

Ed, Edd, & Eddy wee just too ugly for me. Kids are supposed to be cute! I could always find better things to do than watch that show. :hyo:
