As much as I would like to see Spiderman 3, & ATHF, I will wait for the DVDs. I have not been to the movie theater since I moved to Hanover (Snackfood) PA.
Regarding Spiderman, I was into comic books 20 years ago when Marvel first introduced the black suit (In Secret Wars). I watched Spiderman tech yesterday, which had scientists discussing the possibilty of genetic mutations, & of course, the symbiotic 'suit.' It was funny the way nobody bothered to mention the fact that since any one of the mutations was exceptional, that the combination of all the required exeptional cases needed to make a regular guy into Spiderman was in itself astronomically unlikely.
In the comics, the suit would morph into any covering that Peter wanted. Thus, it made changing from street clothes into Spiderman costume greatly simplified. However, upon just happening to visit Reed Richards, Peter learned the nature of the suit. However, once he knew that it was eventually going to take over his body, he could not force it off of him without great difficulty; I suppose that the movie uses some form of that scenario.
Who is the villian this time? I expect that it should be the Hobgoblin.

I am astonished that more people here don't go to the movie. You gotta see Spidy in Imax! ATHF?
