I had this idea of a news broadcast in mind, but was missing the context. Obviously I've been inspired by this post! I'm glad the people on TV could smoke back then!

These crooks are happy because Dr. Fooler has just created his own Atom, one that is evil. The bad guys hope the evil Atom will smash the good one. A notable problem with both this & the Evil Atom in 046 Robot Spaceship, is that if only Tenma could repair the original Atom, how could either Dr. Fooler or the other scientist create one of their own?
