Can't wait to see the Transformers movie tonight! The action looks awesome! Hopfully the story will measure up, we've been jinxed before (remember the Thunderbirds) and the first glimpses have finally come out about the Speed Racer movie! The car is awesome, John Goodman has been picked to play pops racer but....ugh....Susan Surand-wrap as Ma Racer?
Any way...maybe there's hope yet for a live Robotech or Star Blazers film in the next 10 years?

I hate when they do that
ThunderBirds is a good film i liked it allot. But then again this tread is about Transformers![]()
Just remember this, before either the Go-bots or the Transformers, Tezuka gave us Pook (Buck), and I am certain there were others before 2772's Olga.
ThunderBirds, and anything else from the Andersons, was just boring. Little boys might not have thought so, but neither my brother nor I could tolerate any of these at regular speeds. Not UFO, not ThunderBirds, not Sp 1999, not even Journey to the far side of the Sun, etc. I never saw the ThunderBirds movie, but apparently I did not miss much.
