Without looking through them, I would say that "Heroes of the Night" (Devil Doll) is probably the cutest episode of the 1963 series. Of the 1980s series, "Violent Gang Gadem" (Robot Vikings) is near the top of my list as is "Monster of Kuraken", & of the 2003 series, "Space Camp" is very hard to beat.

I would not like to pick a favorite of these, though.
