Well, if you're referring to Dragonrider's avatar, the picture of Astro blushing comes from the GBA game "Astroboy: Omega Factor".
There's also a few instances of Astro blushing in either anime, however, most notably in the 2003 episode in which Astro meets Brianna.

I'm not entirely sure where you can see it, although I do know that it's on the 2003 DVD set and that's only like, thirty or forty bucks now.
So have you seen the 2003 anime? At least, what they showed on TV?

Well, it goes on for 50 episodes, like I said they put all of the stuff not aired on Cartoon Network on a DVD set. Sadly, the DVD's don't come with subs, but at least you'll be able to see the rest of the English version.

You know, although Atlas floated away into space, he wasn't lost. In a later episode, he is found and brought back to Earth, and later repents and becomes a good guy.
