Astroboy Omega Factor help

Postby Dragonrider1227 » 17 years ago

I've gotten pretty far in the GBA game. But i'm supposed to go to level 5-2 and find Kennedy who's supposed to tell me where Dr. Black Jack lives and this unlocks level 0-3 but that's not happening. He mentions this "eye" and 0-3 doesn't appear. Can someone help me?

This is definitely the game's most difficult puzzle, as they give you next to nothing to go by. Here's the solution.
Go to the pyramid stage, Area 6-3. Go to the segment where giant versions of the wheels come towards you and the Arctic Express can be seen in the background. Use the Arm Cannon to shoot open the door, and Don Dracula will fall out and a chime will sound indicating you've found a hidden character.
Talk to him to solve the puzzle and continue the game.

I think I already did that. I remember adding him to my list of characters and just now I went back to try what you said and i'm shooting at the train and he's not appearing. I get the feeling I screwed up by not talking to Kennedy before.

He's not appearing? At all?
Did you shoot the second door? He should reappear even though you added him during "Birth".

He blabs Sharaku's secret, then you head back to Boon's archeological dig site, area 0-4, then it's on to 0-3.

Welcome.

Nah, Toni, Don Dracula is really a very comical character, more like a spoof on vampires.

He looked like a spoof XD I just finished the game today and I thought it was really good in story and gameplay. It makes you wonder what the PS2 version could've been capable of if it was taken just as seriously

Yeah, especially since the PS2 game had gameplay that was more fun and engaging.

...Did you understand all that crap at the end when Tenma gives Atlas a "part" to heal him and says "the world's greatest surgeon here can put the parts together for you"? Because I can clear it up if ya didn't.
