Suppose you could "bio form" a planet, what would a bio formed planet look like as differentiated from a natural planet?

What would a manufactured Planet look like?
If you had the tech to create a Biosphere by means of a deepspace probe.
What would an interstellar colonization and terraforming operation look like?
What if even the Trilobites were genetic engineering on an interstellar migration?
If you could propose a method of interstellar colonization, what would it be?
