I don't remember what the henchman was dreaming about, but when Skunk went to wake him up, one of the characters of the dream "became" Skunk. This is often used in movies when someone wakes up someone else (this or a character starting behaving differently without changing appearance).

I believe he was dreaming about what he would do with his share of the money (hire a belly dancer ), when Skunk woke him up. I've had this experience before, I'll be dreaming when someone calls to wake me up. I hear their voice before I'm fully awake, and it becomes part of my dream.
