This isn't the first time Tezuka used `Peeing` as some kind of weapon, * points at the first volume of Buddha )

Also Manga Atlas is just weird! :w00t:

Hey, people actually go to my site? :o hmy:

Careful posting that link, Hikari; I swore a few times in that review.

Interesting review there. I'm not sure though if Tezuka as really trying to appeal to older boys or if it's just that old fact that wha'ts inapropriate for kids in Japan is TOTALLY different from the US, or Austraila, or the UK ect.

Maybe so, like i said this is not the first time he used `peeing` as some kind of weapon..

Now if i rennember corectly i have seen many Japense movies where children bullied one `kid` and peed on him,
maybe its some kind of `honer` thing in Japan?

I read Schodt's manga! Manga! & Dreamland Japan, & they or 1 of them showed the cultural differences that make me understand this. :ninja:

Well then explain.
You don't just say "I know something" and not say what it is.
"You will never understand how this feels. Look at me, I'm neither truly human nor truly robot. I'm a monster."

That sounds like something from a Dragon Ball episode, where Krillin fought a guy with an unusual defense. Thanks and hugs everyone.

I thought of a good rephrase:

"Jeffbert, do you have something you'd like to share with the class?"
"You will never understand how this feels. Look at me, I'm neither truly human nor truly robot. I'm a monster."

MANGA! MANGA! has an entire chapter "Regulation Vs. Fantasy" that details Japan's fascination with toilet humor and pervy subjects. Page 121 details the comics "NO GOOD DADDY" & "Professor Toilet," which were published in children's magazines. That is only the second page of the chapter. Plus there is Arare (Arale)-Chan "DR Slump" that is full of potty humor. I have 6 volumes & know first hand about this. :ninja:

It seems that this type of humor predates yhe modern manga by centuries.

Now, with something more on topic...

The same day I made "Daddy Walrus's Great Dancefest" (see the fan art/AMV thread), I made this really short parody video called "Skunk Drunk-Dials Daddy Walrus".
