Now I realize that from this episode I still have only a heavily corrupted video (that is a few seconds of recognizable images, followed by almost 1 minute of garbage, and so on). May I ask where did you found this episode?

It's included in the pirated DVDs all shots here stem from. The official japanese DVD release may have it as well (although I'm not quite sure of it).
I guess this episode has been dropped from the dubbed version due to copyright issues with the Disney company because of the ep's obvious Peter Pan references.

Astro imitated Peter Pan and was having a fun fight with Robita who obviously was impersonating the villain Smee.
It's the most adorable scene in this episode.
