Well I always say what makes you strong is to protect what you truly want to protect. But this does not mean saving your own life.

I have Ichigo’s Zanpaktou called Zangetsu from The Anime Bleach. http://www.trueswords.com/images/prod/c/bankai_sword_sm3_540.jpg I know I should be over 18 but I got my family to buy it for me.

The Bleach blade is beautifull. Anime based blades are impressive in design.

What troubles me though is how so many people these days buy Katana without the appreciation of the history or the respect the blades are due. I have my own blade I had made in Japan years ago along with my Boken and Rhitans from when I took kendo there.

I see these kids and teens running around swinging bokens and dummy blades like they were in Naruto and I wretch. Katana and Samurai impliments are not and shouldn't be sold as children's toys. They are owed a deep respect given not only because they are death instruments but because of the heritage that spawned them.
