...nor do I recall Hamegg making Astro wear a cape.

This is probably from the one color episode of the 1963 series. #56 Earth Defense Army (ELV: 32 The Moon Monsters) featured such an obstacle course that Number Seven & Number Five used for practice. The color version with Japanese audio & English subs in on TRSI's Astroboy set #2.

Hahaha! Did that guy even have a name?
Yeah, never mind about Astro's friends or family.

I think the little guy's name was Dr. U...something. I'll check tonight.

Another toy, a paddler, but not as creepy.

No explanation, eh? Maybe that is all the explanation we need, it could be they are featured on the cover only.

Well, some books he's selling, like this "manual", really deserve explanations. I had to figure out for myself that seven of his books were picture book adaptions of the 2003 series.

I looked at this reeeaalll hard, and I found that these are custom. Some sad sack actually decapitated a few 2004 action figures and put the heads on Pez stalks.
24.99 each.
Really.

Another clock. Remember the Uran clock I posted before?
