It looks like Jon Kricfalusi designed it.
Anyhow everyone, that soundtrack CD is currently being bid on by someone else, and I'm short a simple thirty-cents (on Paypal) to get it. *runs around screaming*

Why do I get the feeling that these are from Mexico?

From what I assume, hitting the squeezebox with make Astro careen into the air and a) get stuck in a lamp, or b) hit someone.
This is the Spanish box set cover for the 80's series. It's...not very fitting, but at least it's a little flashier than the "Face of Doom" cover we've got in North America.
