The more I think about this image, the more I think it really has this "dream touch". The weird expression of Urane isn't all in that: the difference of contrast and the multiple occurrences of this out of place head is like the juxtaposition of apparently unrelated symbols typical of dreams.
To sum up, a masterpiece of post-surrealism

This reminds me of a s 10 Simpsons episode that featured a Japanese cartoon that made everyone's eyes dilate, fall on the floor & have spasms.
