2009 Astro Boy In Shorts

I ended up doing this today out of boredom (isn't that how a crazy idea always starts from boredom?) Not perfect editing, but hey looks nice ^-^;

Secretly I hated Astro's pants for hiding his awesome boots for most of the movie (They're red, they're shiny, what's not to like?) So I edited this model of him, using parts from a speedo Astro model to create this. Who says shorts aren't in fashion?

Astro always wears shorts in the manga and anime so I got tempted to do this by that.

Oh and I live in Britian and I can tell you nobody wears shorts here...except if it's football, or really hot, but most the year it's dark, rainy, gloom.

The shorts look pretty good. Though I always think it looks kinda funny when you have shorts with long sleeved shirts ^^;

I did actually want to edit it to a short sleeved shirt, but i had trouble finding a high quality pic with Astro's arms in the same pose so i kinda just gave up lol XD

And are chu kidding meee, XD long sleeves and shorts are cool, Astro has worn that style constantly in the 2003 and 1980 anime. =D and even a tuxedo!
