Rise of Pluto missing from Australian version of Astroboy 03

I was recently going through my new(ish) dvds and noticed that on volume 4 instead of getting "The Rise of Pluto" I got "Only a Machine". Now, volume 7 also has the episode "Only a Machine" meaning my collection now has two copies of "Only a Machine" and zero copies of "The Rise of Pluto"

Has anyone else with the Australian version of the series noticed this with their copy?

Good thing I already have a copy of the episode from online... but it is also greatly annoying.

The sadest part is that the cover has a description for it.
Meaning the only english version I have of it is the poorly done American version with the incorrect aspect ratio. (maybe I'll have to download a raw japanese version of it... cut it up, and put the audio on... )

I had something similar happen when I bought the Danny Phantom DVDs from Amazon (had all episodes from season 2 except the hour long ones...hurr?). :/ They sent me copies of the fixed versions after Nickelodeon did an OOPS shot.

That sounds to me like an accidental error. Personally, I only have the American series, so I can't really talk about the Australian DVDs. I didn't even realize their dub was different from America's... *is shot*

...maybe, if you emailed the company, they'll send you a new copy? (unless you shopped on ebay...:3 hurrhurr?)

It isn't a different dub, just a different dvd collection. Different discs, same episodes though.

Danny Phantom. I was thinking about getting that, but I then found out the dvd's were a mess... so I have to stick with my poor old tv rips. Why do the best shows get messed up on dvd...

Emails are no good... since they would never answer and I assume ebay would be no help since I'd either end up with the American one, or an identical copy to the one I already have... which would be bad.

Oh well, you can't win them all.
