I don't have a scanner, so I inserted the English text onto the Chinese scans of the manga.

(also, even if I did have a working scanner, I'd have to rip out the pages, so yeah...not doin' it...)

But, there were some parts where I had to get creative. FOR INSTANCE, in volume 1, page 25, when the teacher talks to Kenichi, she only says two sentences when in the Chinese version there are three sentences written..

WHAT'S UP WITH THAT?!

So, I do have them in English, but they are impossible to scan without ripping the pages out because of the lack of inside margins...

I know, right? It's like when I go on One Manga, you can tell the pages were ripped out in order to be scanned, and it just murders me. :d oh:

I'm supposed to be getting one next week so I can scan that storyboard book when it comes in - but I still don't think the manga in scan-able unless I pull the spine apart..which I'm not risking. Practically have to do that just to read 'em anyway, lol.

But yeah, we'll see where that storyboard book goes...

Sorry about the down time. Kept getting called into work to help pack glasses... (in case no one has heard, the Shrek McDonald's glasses are being recalled, even though there are no anomalies withing the glasses that are against health standards...seriously. It's that thing with the Zhu-Zhu pets all over again, but I'm the one who has to fill out the paper work. T_T;; )

Anyway, got my new scanner and I am scanning the manga instead of inserting the text.

Yeah, the fact that there are no inside margins is a little annoying, but you can still read what all is going on. (A letter or two may be cut off, but you can figure it out, right?)

Also, these will be high-quality scans. 8) No static in the images here! Hope to have this done before Monday. (I'm not leaving the house, what with all the graduates running around now...sheesh...)

So, thanks for keeping the thread alive. Will be back with the scans.
