Yes! Someone else who likes FF! They are one of my all time favorite bands and I do agree, their songs are fitting. I think the song Battle for Utopia from their latest album Genexus is most fitting.

Huzzah! Always good to see a fellow FF fan. And yes to Battle for Utopia. I was always quite partial to Dark Bodies, Obsolete and Shock myself with regard to 'fitting' music. Though Edgecrusher's intro reminds me so bad of 2003 Tenma's voice (Mmmm Dorian voice *Homer Simpson gargling noise*) that it makes me giggle.

I actually went to see them live some years ago, but poor Burton had a damn cold so he was wheezing the lyrics haha. Amazing set though.

Indeed! :w00t:

Those work too, and I have always really liked Dark Bodies as well. Now that you mention it, the intro to Edgecrusher does sound like Tenma. Now, every time I listen to that song, I am going to think of Tenma.

I also saw them live late last year for the first time, Burton did not have a cold (poor Burton, must have been real hard for him), but he was struggling to hit those high notes he makes in a lot of his songs. I believe he is around 60 years of age now, which might explains things. When I saw them live, they were singing the whole Remanufacture album and Shock was so powerful, felt like my heart was going to come out of my chest.

Shock is one of the best songs to hear live. It's just chest-explodingly good. But yeah, poor dude was croaking when I saw them. He tried his damn best but kept swearing up a storm for not being able to sing right. Felt terrible for him, but everyone enjoyed the night regardless so he had nothing to worry about.

As for his age, I think he was born February 19th 1969 so he's well into his 40's bordering 50's. I hope he doesn't wreck his voice too much, I enjoy his work.

Oh and er... I'll just leave this here...

I am glad fans still appreciated him singing, dispute his difficulties, rather than asking for their money back.

I cannot see the image, it is appears to be broken.

Damn you image! It's working fine for me. Awkward thing. *Shakes fist in dramatic manner* (I'll edit and fix it when I get back from exam invigilating later.)

But yes, I was very pleased no one complained. (If they did we didn't hear them.) It's always good when the fan base is decent. I went to see a few bands before (Slayer, SOAD, Lacuna Coil) and all people did was complain.

Since I can't edit my post now...

[And to stay on topic, I'm now listening to a whole bunch of Persona 4 music.]

People who complain about crap are very annoying. Heh, now I am complaining. :hyo:

Oh yes! You are a genius! I will have to go listen to that song now.

I've been obsessed with Kirby music for the time being, C-R-O-W-N-E-D and Moonstruck Blossom are some particularly beautiful pieces to listen to :) I also love the soundtrack for the new Robobot game.

Survivor's third and most famous album, Eye of the Tiger. I've only ever listened to the song Eye of the Tiger before, but the other 8 songs are actually really good!
