I was thinking of the close up with outer space in the background. In the one you made, it is just too small.
I agree, it's impossible to optimize those files. You'd think, being it black and white, that they'd be smaller files, but nope! Of course, all the loops, while not a sign of high quality to our eyes 40 years later, make it a great, great source for animated gifs!DrFrag wrote:The 60s series loops brilliantly, especially where they throw in a bunch of brief visual gags. The only downsize is there's a lot of noise which makes the file sizes big.
I would have preferred it too, but it's impossible to do, it would have to be a still shot. As DrFrag said, the background keeps moving. As for this one, I could make it bigger by cropping Astro... is that what you'd want?jeffbert wrote:I was thinking of the close up with outer space in the background. Oh yes, I'm sure it would be possible. However, considering the many frames required to create such an animation, even if I were to try, I doubt the result would be that good.fafner wrote:It could be possible to capture 1 frame of the outer space, then insert it into each frame of the current GIF. It would require lot of work though...
