I Love Astroboy
But,I Don,t Like Japan.
I understand your anger towards Japan right now, in light of what the government there did recently about covering up the attrocities by the Japanese military in China during World War 2.
But that's Japanese politics. I think almost every contries' politics sucks now a days, including mine(America). There's some jerk in Alabama trying to ban tons of books, evan Shakespear, just because he thinks they're gay.
Anyway, I was talking about Japanese pop-culture, like anime, manga, and of course j-pop from the 50's to today. I also like Chinese pop culture, especially from the 60's, like Nancy Sit, and Rita Chao from Hong Kong. Here's one reason why I collect the pop-culture of Asia:
http://en-f.tezuka.co.jp/footer/business/index.htmlYou see, nothing evil in breaking down borders. To me Asian pop culture is the counterpart to American pop culture and America should get into it as Asia is with American pop culture. Look what happened in the 60's when the Beatles took the world by storm. They broke down alot of borders without firing a shot, with the same message of love that Tezuka preached.
True art knows no borders.

No. I like because behavior in World War 2 of Japan Japan is not no, so, I have not used " Hatred " . Japan to the invasion of China from 1890 to 1945 , can let Chinese hate Japan forever , but this is not the reason that I do not like Japan. I like the American film, but does not like the American country music , rock music. Except ASTROBOY, there is no thing making me like in Japan.
